Senator Mattera Hosting Health & Wellness Fair In Smithtown

Senator Mario R. Mattera (2^nd Senate District) will be hosting a free Health & Wellness Fair on Sunday, February 20^th, to help local residents access important healthy living information.  The event will take place from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Maia Spa located at 725 Smithtown Bypass in Smithtown. 

“This past year has been tough for many of our residents and it is important that everyone take some time to enhance their lives.  This fair will help provide our residents with the information they need to address their healthcare needs and get educated so they can live a fuller life,” stated Senator Mattera.

Several businesses, health organizations and groups will be present at the fair to address residents’ specific health needs, including:

• Maia Salon & Spa
• All County Oral Surgery
• St. Catherine’s Heart Health Blood Pressure Screening
• Bri&Mar Sea Moss
• Savvi Shavette
• The Freebird Organization
• North Shore Behavioral Health
• Rasheda Foods

“Ensuring that people have access to health services is incredibly important,” Mattera said.  “This event offers a great opportunity to connect with incredible organizations offering helpful and even life-saving resources right here in our community.  I thank everyone who will be joining us and invite all of our residents to come down on Sunday, February 20,” added Senator Mattera.
