S1066B Provides certain legal protections for reproductive health service providers who provide legally protected health activities including protection from extradition, arrest and legal proceedings in other states relating to such services; restricts the use of evidence relating to the involvement of a party in providing legally protected health activity to persons located out-of-state. B PRINT - makes technical changes in addition to the changes to the insurance law. NAY (Invites out of state residents to access abortion in NYS.)
S1873A This bill broadens the definition of small business for purposes of the state's MWBE laws such that during a declared state disaster emergency the limit of up to 300 employees to be deemed a small business only applies to employees who work 30 or more hours per week over 52 weeks, with a total of over 1,560 hours worked. The bill notes that an employee can have a break from employment for up to 13 weeks before the 52 week lookback period would restart. AYE
S1733A This bill requires school districts, BOCES, charter schools, and non-public schools to adopt a policy to promote student voter registration and pre-registration for students in grades 10-12. It also requires local boards of elections to promote student voter registration and preregistration. A PRINT - Removes all of the bill text of the original version and instead states boards of cooperative educational services, charter schools and non-public schools must adopt policies to promote student voter registration and pre-registration. NAY (Government overreach into non-public schools.)
S264A Establishes an emergency evacuation plan for individuals with disabilities; establishes $500 fine for failure to comply with such plan within one year of the effective date. AYE
S2124 This legislation adds physician assistants to the definition of “primary care practitioner” within the law governing managed care programs under Medicaid. Such medical professionals are authorized to provide medical care to participants of such programs directly. AYE
S253A Directs the council on the arts to establish criteria and guidelines for the establishment of state designated arts and cultural districts. A PRINT - adds Arts Educators and Arts Education to the determination guidelines. AYE
S209A Requires schools that maintain epinephrine auto-injectors on-site to provide teachers with written informational material on the use of such auto-injectors that has been created and approved by a health care professional. A PRINT - specifies such written informational material is approved by the Commissioner of Health rather than any health professional. AYE
S5055 This bill would amend the unconsolidated law to authorize and direct the Urban Development Corporation, in cooperation with the Dormitory Authority, the Division of the Budget, the Department of Financial Services, and the Department of Tax and Finance to create a new investment vehicle to be known as an Alternative Finance Investment Bond. NAY (Waste of agency resources. Unproven investment opportunity.)
S2988A Directs the public service commission to promulgate rules and regulations requiring vine trimming, in addition to other maintenance procedures, for the maintenance of utility poles by the utility company or cable television company that owns such utility pole where such vine growth is likely to disrupt safe and reliable service. AYE
S208A Requires the use of gender-neutral terminology on websites operated by or for a state agency or authority. A PRINT - removes the various definitions; - removes the languages specifying this requirement shall not apply to any state website that addresses a gender specific matter; and - provides if such language is in reference to a specific person or group of people, the language referring to such person or group may be gendered in accordance with the gender identity of such person or group of people. AYE
S416 Designates a portion of the state highway system in Nassau county as the "Trooper James M. MacLarnon Memorial Bridge". AYE
S2515B Amends vehicle and traffic law to establish "scramble crosswalks" in cities of two hundred fifty thousand or more leading to and from school buildings during times of student arrival and departure. These crosswalks being the store that are electronic and stop all road traffic while pedestrians cross. B PRINT - limits this bill to NYC. AYE
S1901A Amends criminal procedure law to enact Emma's law. Permits the court to allow victims of misdemeanor crimes to request and be granted an opportunity to speak at sentencing. A PRINT - Amends the original bill to create a right for victims to make a statement in all misdemeanor cases by limiting the right only to misdemeanors which were originally charged as felonies in superior court and where the underlying conduct resulted in serious physical injury. AYE
S5036A This bill relates to codifying federal standards for the supervision of the manufacturing and repacking of certain medical gases or wholesaling of respiratory therapy agents. A PRINT - Specifies that wholesalers transfilling medical oxygen shall ensure persons responsible for supervising such transfilling be a certain trade. AYE
S1839A Establishes such program within the department to promote the screening and detection of sickle cell disease, especially among unserved or underserved populations; to educate the public regarding sickle cell disease and the benefits of early detection; and to provide counseling and referral services. A PRINT - Takes a more prudent approach to establishing education and outreach on sickle cell disease. AYE
S1293 Directs the department of public service to prepare written reports on the effect the COVID-19 state of emergency has on certain utilities of electric, gas, water, wastewater, and telephone service to commercial and residential customers in the state and on the affordability of services. Requires updates as need. Also allows for petition if information is believed to be beyond reasonable reach of the department. NAY (Costs associated with this study will be borne by utilities, and, ultimately, ratepayers.)
S2832A Adds wage theft to the types of activities included in the crime of larceny. AYE
S4097B Directs the president of the civil service commission to collect health care claims data relating to the price and utilization of hospital benefits by active employees, retired employees and their dependents and to publish a New York State health benefit plan hospital pricing report. B PRINT - Adds specificity in reporting to include: inpatient, outpatient, emergency room services and physician services. AYE
S4829 Extends, from December 31, 2023 to December 31, 2024, the expiration of the authorization granted to residential property owners in high risk brush fire areas on Staten Island to cut and remove reeds from their property. AYE
S3475 Mandates that no employee or officer of SUNY or CUNY shall determine the specific details of a student's immigration status except when required by federal law, pursuant to a court order or as required in connection with tuition or financial aid eligibility. NAY (This bill has been amended but still prohibits data collection)
S5229 Expands the permitted use of proceeds from the lease of lands located at the state university of New York at Purchase to support current full-time faculty positions. AYE
S6062 Waives the residency requirement for the commissioner of planning, development, and public transportation for Putnam county, provided that such person resides in Putnam county or an adjoining county within the state of New York. AYE
S5397 This bill amends the vehicle and traffic law by allowing mobile crisis response staff members to use a green light on their motor vehicle when engaging in an emergency operation. NOTE - mobile crisis response services are services to provide an immediate and short-term emergency response to individuals who are in a state of mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral distress in order to prevent a critical incident. AYE
S5826 Requires courts, prior to accepting a plea to a misdemeanor or violation, to provide notice to the defendant that such plea and the acceptance thereof could result in deportation, removal from the United States, exclusion from the United States or denial of citizenship, if the defendant is not a citizen of the United States. NAY (Due process protections already in place. Removal of prejudice requirements.)
S5550 Prohibits off-track betting corporation vehicles from being used as take-home vehicles by board members, officers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, or agents of such corporation or by certain family members of such individuals. Allows an OTB to issue take-home vehicle to employees and officers provided the written policy is compliant with OSC, approved by the Gaming Commission, and subject to random Commission audits. AYE
S5621B This bill would require the reporting of digital assets on the annual statement of financial disclosure filed with the legislative ethics commission or the joint commission on public ethics. The amendment to digital assets from cryptocurrencies is an attempt to expand the scope of this change so that it applies to digital assets which might encompass various types of cryptocurrencies as well as NFT's(digital Non-fungible tokens), digital currencies, digital coins or other similar assets. AYE
S6424B Expands the membership of the interagency task force on trafficking in persons to include the secretary of state, the commissioner of the department of transportation, the commissioner of the department of motor vehicles and the executive director of the New York state thruway authority; extends the duration of such task force. AYE
S2049 Permits persons 65 years of age to enroll in a limited number of state university and city university courses for credit without tuition. AYE
S6349 Adds Chuctanunda Creek to the definition of inland waterways. AYE
S543 This bill would decouple the New York State tax treatment of gains from qualified opportunity zones in calculating taxable income from the Federal Tax Code. NAY (Tax increases for some.)
S1480 Establishes November twenty-sixth of each year as a day of commemoration known as "Sojourner Truth Day". AYE
S1861 Creates Black Suicide Prevention Task Force for two years to examine ways to improve mental health and suicide prevention for Black New Yorkers ages 5 to 18. Appointments must be made within 60 days. AYE
S2099C Amends Public Health Law to allow health care professionals or pharmacists to dispense drug adulterant testing products used for determining whether a controlled substance contains fentanyl, a fentanyl analog, or Xlanzine. But no more than five kits may be conveyed per transaction. C PRINT - Removes Xylazine. AYE
S167 Abolishes citizens arrests in New York state. NAY (Removes authority even for persons who have committed murder or manslaughter.)
S1268 Permits the electronic appearance of a defendant in the county of Orleans. AYE
S6721 Provides for the reinstatement of state recognition and acknowledgement of the Montaukett Indian Nation; provides that the Montaukett Indian nation shall have a chief or sachem, three tribal trustees and a tribal secretary; provides for the qualification of voters; makes related provisions. AYE
S1803A Directs the division of veterans' services to establish a searchable database of veteran-owned businesses; requires the use of a special mark to indicate service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. AYE
S397 Directs the metropolitan transportation authority, in consultation with the New York city department of transportation and New York city department of housing preservation and development, to study the transportation and housing needs of Randalls and Wards Islands. AYE
S6213 Requires information concerning services for human trafficking victims to be posted in lactation rooms at truck stops; defines "lactation room". AYE
S1836 Permits the designation of low volume roads and minimum maintenance roads by town boards; enacts provisions relating to the maintenance, improvement and repair of such roads. AYE
S4085A Designates a portion of the state highway system in the town of Lewisboro as the "John Jay High School Veterans Memorial Highway". AYE
S1737 This is sunshine bill that directly impacts IDAs in every Senate district in the State. It is a completely renovated; whereas, once referred to as the Unified Economic Development Budget Act, the bill no longer requires DOB and the Tax Department to compile a report on all economic development assistance provided in the prior fiscal year within three months of the end of such fiscal year. Instead, the "A Print" amends the bill to create searchable database under the purview of the Budget Authorities Office (by creating a new section 8) and local IDAs to submit a comprehensive amount of data into this database. AYE
S2144 This bill would exempt income earned by a head of household or any person in the household, who participated in a program under the Federal workforce innovation and opportunity act (P.L. 113-128) or any successor act or public assistance employment, training or skills certification program from the calculation determination of need for public assistance programs for a period of six months. AYE
S6042 Requires the establishment of community housing waiting lists within the office of mental health service system; directs each provider of housing services in the office of mental health system to provide, on a monthly basis, the office of mental health with a list of each person referred to, admitted to, applying for, withdrawing an application for and denied admission to housing provided by such provider; requires the community-based agency performing assessments of persons with a documented mental illness to provide the office with the names of such who have been assessed and who meet the eligibility criteria for the array of funded and/or licensed housing programs; requires such office to publish such waiting lists on a monthly basis. AYE
S5332 Requires written notice to a defendant of his or her right to complete court ordered alcohol or substance use treatment in a nonreligious treatment program. NAY
S149 Includes ambulatory surgery centers established exclusively to create and maintain vascular access necessary to dialyze patients with end stage renal disease as part of diagnostic or treatment centers to provide end stage renal disease services. AYE
S3513 Authorizes Douglas Brenning of the village of New York Mills to take the competitive civil service examination for the position of police officer and be placed on the eligible list for employment as a full-time police officer for the village of New York Mills police department. AYE
S3571 This bill would amend section 696-a of the Labor Law, which governs minimum wage rates for covered airport workers to include Stewart International Airport in the definition of covered airport location. AYE
S6410 This bill would amend section 50 of the Workers' Compensation law to create a new entity through which municipalities can purchase workers' compensation insurance referred to as the "public group self-insurer" or PGSI. AYE
S349A This bill eliminates the statute of limitations for the commencement of criminal proceeding for the offenses of sex trafficking and sex trafficking of a child. AYE
S580A Establishes within the Medicaid program the payment for community violence prevention services. A PRINT - removes references to "in consultation with the Health Alliance for Violence Intervention (HAVI) and replaces it with "in consultation with violence intervention organizations." AYE
S887 Establishes a dementia and Alzheimer's disease program database. AYE
S939 Requires the court to review a denial of a motion to suppress evidence on appeal, even if the defendant pleaded guilty - in many instances defendants waive their right to an appeal as part of the plea agreement and in exchange for a lighter sentence. NAY (Allowing defendants to appeal even if they have waived that right as part of a plea deal, usually in exchange for a lighter sentence, would get rid of an incentive for DAs to come to agreements on plea deals.)
S962 This bill establishes a state university-based center for "employee ownership," provides $100M in loan authority to the Job Development Authority, and provides a capital gains tax exemption for the sale of stock to an employee-owned businesses. AYE
S1051 This bill would establish the New York Asian American and Pacific Islander Commission. The commission would be made up of 13 members, and would be tasked with developing policies to improve the community, economic and social well-being, and the health and educational needs important to Asian American and Pacific Islanders. AYE
S1755A Establishes a temporary state commission to conduct a feasibility study to evaluate and make recommendations concerning the formation and control of a state public bank; provides if such study finds that the state bank is feasible, the legislature shall consider legislation to create a state public bank for New York. New York Bankers Association. NAY (Taxes would have to be raised to fund capitalization and operational costs.)
S1815 Requires the district attorney to notify victims by letter of the final disposition of the case within sixty days of such disposition in cases where such final disposition includes a conviction; provides such letter shall also notify victims of their right to make a victim impact statement; allows them to personally appear at parole hearings and make such a statement. AYE
S1821 Requires school districts to screen for gifted and talented students; provides the parents or guardians of such students the option to opt out of such screening. AYE
S1865A Requires student identification cards to contain the new national suicide prevention lifeline number, 9-8-8. AYE
S1963A Requires daycare facilities to maintain evacuation and lockdown plans for children with disabilities during an emergency situation. NOTE - A-Print removes the section of law that would require schools to maintain evacuation plans for children with disabilities during a lockdown or emergency situation. AYE
S2143A This bill would require the Department of Labor to complete a self-sufficiency standard study by contracting with a Third Party contractor and provide a report to the Governor and Legislature by September 1, 2026. NAY (No funding.)

S2315 Names an office for people with developmental disabilities facility located in the borough of Manhattan the "Willie Mae 'Goody' Goodman Community Facility". AYE
S2355 This bill amends the Family Court Act to provide that the Family Courts in New York City shall remain open until midnight on at least one day each week 1) in at least 2 NYC counties beginning January 1, 2024; and 2) in at least 3 NYC counties beginning January 2, 2025. AYE
S3117A Includes Lyme disease and other tick-borne diseases as occupational diseases for purposes of workers' compensation; clarifies that disability includes disability caused by Lyme disease or other tick-borne diseases; requires insurance coverage of long term medical care for Lyme disease and other tick borne diseases. AYE
S3315 This bill increases Surrogate's Court fees on various matters involving estates or other subject matters. These matters involving estates include petitions to commence a proceeding to probate a will, petitions to commence a proceeding for administration in intestacy, and petitions to commence a proceeding for an accounting. NAY
S3512 Authorizes Christopher Walser to take the competitive civil service examination for the position of police officer and be placed on the eligible list for employment as a fulltime police officer for the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office. AYE
S4407 This bill would amend the Executive Law to add "wearing any attire, clothing, or facial hair in accordance of the requirements or practice of an individual's religion" to the list of categories that are unlawful for an individual to be discriminated against for at a place of public accommodation. AYE
S4412B COSPONSOR Establishes a license to sell liquor at retail for consumption on premises in a cigar lounge; defines "cigar lounge"; requires cigar lounges to provide written notification warning employees of the dangers of exposure to tobacco smoke. AYE
S4621 Conforms the definition of an incarcerated individual with a serious mental illness to the definition of "person with a serious mental illness" in the mental hygiene law. NAY (Expansion of mental disorders is problematic in relation to precluding placement into a special housing unit.)
S4674 COSPONSOR Requires the NYS DOH to establish a Parkinson’s disease registry and website. AYE
S4715A Authorizes the village of Dobbs Ferry to offer an optional twenty-year retirement plan to Gabriel Bonilla, former police officer employed by such village. AYE
S4743 Establishes a Black Leadership Institute within the state university of New York as an initiative for Black leaders in higher education with a mission to retain and grow from within SUNY a greater proportion of Black professionals at SUNY campuses; creates an eight member advisory council. AYE
S4751 Authorizes the town of Chester to establish community preservation funds; establishes a real estate transfer tax with revenues therefrom to be deposited in said community preservation fund. NAY (New tax.)
S4818 This bill establishes a 10 day waiting period for the purchase of any firearm. NAY
S4999 Exempts certain parcels of land containing the Smith Opera House from licensing restrictions prohibiting manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers of alcoholic beverages from sharing an interest in a licensed premises. AYE
S5056 Directs the superintendent of financial services to create a private education debt registry which shall contain information and documentation relating to loans issued by creditors including interest rates and copies of the notes and instruments used by such creditors for education loans. NAY (Insufficient info from loan industry.)
S5086 This bill would include guardians ad litem in landlord/tenant proceedings in Westchester County within provisions of the Public Officers law which provide for representation and indemnification by the State in civil actions arising out of the actions taken during the scope of their employment. These provisions would apply to court appointed guardians who have been certified by the Office of Court Administration to serve in this capacity. NAY (More equitable to provide such protection to other county in the State where there are Guardians ad litem who perform the same function.)
S5376 Relates to authorizing angling by a single individual with up to three lines in freshwater; extends effectiveness of provisions for two years. AYE
S5465 This bill would amend the Human Rights Law to prohibit employers from discriminating against individuals based on such individual's status as a caregiver. AYE
S5505 This bill redefines "following" for the Stalking in the Fourth Degree offense. "Following" would include the unauthorized tracking of a person's movements or location through the use, placement, attachment or insertion of any device or computer software, program, spyware, malware or adware that gains access to, records, tracks or reports a movement or location of a person or their property without the person's permission or authority to do so. AYE
S5733 Authorizes the city school district of the city of Salamanca to establish a reserve fund for federal impact aid in the event such aid is reduced. AYE
S5886 Exempts the Buchanan Engine Company No. 1, within the village of Buchanan, county of Westchester from the requirement that the percentage of non-resident fire department members not exceed forty-five percent of the membership. AYE
S5932 Adds Truesdale Drive, Nordica Drive, Cedar Lane, and Old Post Road South from Truesdale Drive to Morningside Drive to the Croton-on-Hudson residential parking system. AYE
S6150A Authorizes the town of Henrietta, county of Monroe to alienate certain lands used as parkland to Forest Creek Equity Corp., and to dedicate certain other lands as parklands. AYE
S6125 Authorizes big game hunting for deer and bear for the county of Onondaga. AYE
S7055 DEC DEPARTMENTAL - amends Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) §13-0339-a(1)(c) to extend, until December 31, 2026, DEC's authority to fix by regulation measures for the management of Atlantic sturgeon (Acipenser oxyrhynchus) and shortnose sturgeon (Acipenser brevirostrum). AYE
S5724 COSPONSOR Establishes the "Fallen Skywalkers Memorial Bridge" in the city of Buffalo in Erie county. AYE
S1965 Requires certain health and casualty insurers to provide coverage for prenatal vitamins. AYE
S7157 EXTENDER BILL - Extends the effectiveness of certain provisions of law relating to limits on certain supplementary insurance through June 30, 2026. AYE
S7189 EXTENDER BILL - Extends provisions of the property/casualty insurance availability act and the authority of the New York property insurance underwriting association. AYE
S1201 Provides for the utility discount program. Authorizes and directs the commission to require a gas corporation, electric corporation, or municipality to establish a discount program for veterans. Delineates the eligibility requirements for veterans. AYE
S134 This bill establishes restrictions on broadcasting of patients. It states that every patient in a health care facility has a right to have privacy in treatment and caring for personal needs, including the broadcasting of a recognizable image or speech of such patient involved in a health care procedure by requiring a health care facility to obtain express written consent used solely for the purpose of the consent to broadcast the image or voice of the patient receiving treatment. Exceptions include images or speech to advance health care treatment of the individual, a quality assurance program, the education or training of health care personnel or necessary security purposes. AYE
S3139A Requires the division of housing and community renewal to provide an annual report on the New York access to home programs. A PRINT - also require DHCR to promote the Access to Home Program. The A print defined this to include working with other state agencies that work with people with disabilities to promote the program and promoting the program on the website. AYE
S4970 Directs the division of housing and community renewal to study non-rental fees charged by landlords and report to the legislature. Study to include a description of fees commonly or frequently charged, amounts of such fees, how fees are determined and any other data or information the division deems pertinent. NAY (Slippery slope.)
S2714 Includes complete streets design features in resurfacing, maintenance and pavement recycling projects that are subject to the department of transportation's oversight. NAY (Unfunded mandate on municipalities.)
S438 Requires electors to vote for the presidential and vice presidential candidate who were nominated by the political party that nominated the presidential elector. AYE
S3497 Requires that in order to commence a summary proceeding for eviction in the city of Syracuse pursuant to article 7 of the real property actions and proceedings law, the party must plead and prove compliance with any local law requiring the registration or licensure of residential rental dwellings. NAY
S5162 Allows an affirmation by any person, wherever made, subscribed and affirmed by that person to be true under the penalties of perjury, to be used in a civil action in New York in lieu of and with the same force and effect as an affidavit. NAY
S5414 CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT - Authorizes the legislature to increase the number of justices of the supreme court in any judicial district. Currently, under the constitution, the cap is set at one justice per 50,000 people(or fraction over 30,000 people). AYE
S5487 This bill would conform the non-competitive and labor classes to competitive class protocols in the event of suspension or demotion upon the abolition or reduction of competitive, non-competitive or labor class positions in the state service. AYE
S5444 This bill would allow utility workers to use a restroom belonging to a business that is open to the public for the sale of goods or services during normal business hours if the utility worker is lawfully on the property performing utility related work. AYE
S5597 Requires the development of a "what mortgage applicants need to know" pamphlet on residential mortgages; provides such pamphlet shall be posted and printed in the 6 most common non-English languages spoken by individuals with limited English proficiency in New York state. AYE
S6112 Removes the requirement that professional license applications be mailed to licensees by the State Education Department (SED) and simply requires that SED "provides" such applications within the current timeframes (approximately four months before the end of a licensee's registration period). AYE
S6525 To include veterans with service-related disabilities among those who receive preferences in the Affordable Home Ownership Development Program. AYE
S4738 The bill permits participation in bingo games by minors (under 18 years of age) who are accompanied by an adult. AYE
S3257 This bill would require entities that submit records to state agencies that are excepted from disclosure under FOIL to periodically re-apply for the exception. NAY (Unnecessary.)
S6433 Directs the commissioner of the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities to provide for the oversight of facilities and providers of services under section 16.03 of the mental hygiene law relating to the management of the cash accounts of residents. Oversight of resident's cash accounts shall include a statewide policy mandating audits, policies governing the purchase of gift cards, and prohibiting the use of self-generated receipts as evidence of meal purchases by cash custodians for meals outside of the residence. AYE
S6095 Requires each county assessing authority to send a second notice and a second copy of the application for SCHE to those previously granted an exemption on the latest completed assessment roll thirty days prior to the taxable status date when the assessing authority has not already received a completed application. AYE
S5984A This bill would allow individuals that are not registered to vote in this state, to register to vote at any early voting polling location on the first day of early voting and to submit an affidavit ballot on the same day. NOTE - Under the current law, an individual submits a voter registration to their local board of elections within 10 days of an election. NAY (Already a process in place by which an individual can register to vote that is not a burden on the individual.)
S5835 Relates to the compensation of deputy public administrators in the city of New York; permits them to be paid at least two-thirds the amount paid to public administrators within the same county. NAY (Political patronage.)
S3409 This bill would amend section 239-nn of the general municipal law, to mandate that a legislative body of a municipality must give notice to an adjacent municipality, when a hearing is held by such body relating to the adoption or amendment of any zoning ordinance or local law or comprehensive plan, where such changes would affect a parcel or parcels that are within 500 feet of an adjacent municipality. NAY (Could stymie economic development efforts. Infringes on home rule.)
S6312 Provides for grants from Industrial Development Agencies (IDAs) to small businesses for the purposes of recovery from a state or local disaster emergency. establishes the disaster emergency loan program to allow IDAs to make loans to small businesses up to $25,000 with certain considerations. IDAs administering a disaster emergency loan program will maintain records related to the program, to be included in their annual report, required by the Public Authorities Law. AYE
S6342 Expands from 10 to 11 the size of SUNY community college boards of trustees and requires one ex-officio and non-voting member shall be a member of the faculty or staff of the college. AYE

S6808 This legislation first amends the Vehicle and Traffic Law is by adding a new section 141-c that creates a first responder safety zone. The legislation defines this zone as an "area or space, not to exceed 660 feet on a highway passing or abutting any facility or parking area where fire vehicles, police vehicles, ambulances, or emergency ambulance service vehicles are stationed, for use in responding to emergencies. First responder zones shall be protected, marked or indicated by lines or other markings on the surface and by adequate signs as to be plainly visible at all times while set apart as a safety zone." Violation of this provision of law would be a fine of up to $500. Subsequent violations by a fine of up to $1,000. AYE
