State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) had the pleasure of attending a dinner for veterans at VFW Post 357, Schenectady, on Nov. 11th. "We shouldn't wait until our veterans are gone to treasure them. These veterans are living history and we can learn so much from them. They sacrificed so much in their efforts to protect our nation in the fight for freedom," Senator Farley said. The event was a nice way for people to take a moment to remember, honor and thank veterans for their service to our Country, Senator Farley said. Senator Farley is pictured with WWII veteran Ralph Boyd, Sr. (having served with the 366th Infantry Regiment), and his wife Catherine, at the VFW dinner.
