NYS Senator Kristen Gonzalez's Response to Trump Administration's Termination of Congestion Pricing

The Trump Administration is once again overreaching by interfering with congestion pricing. This program was the result of decades of studies, debate, and legal proceedings, and was approved at the federal level in its current form. 
 

As advocates for cleaner air, safe and accessible public transportation, and less congested streets, our fight does not end here. I applaud the Governor’s commitment to keeping the tolling cameras in place, and I look forward to seeing this decision fought in the courts.
